JESR is a high-scale toll payment mobile app enabling over 400,000 active users to seamlessly pay tolls on the bridge connecting Saudi Arabia (KSA) and Bahrain. The project focuses on designing a fast, reliable, and frictionless digital experience for cross-border commuters—built to perform under heavy daily traffic and real-world infrastructure constraints. Our goal was to create a modern, intuitive product that simplifies toll payments into a few effortless steps, while ensuring the app’s UX and system design remain scalable, secure, and consistently dependable.
